Karyarth is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a proven track record of performance in B2C sales. A minimum of 1 year of experience in selling products such as credit cards, EDC/POS machines, or insurance is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard new merchants based on an understanding of transaction volumes and patterns in the assigned geography.
- Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with identified merchants, onboard them to additional value-added products and services offered by Karyarth.
- Account Management: Develop a deep understanding of each merchant account, making it challenging for competitors to onboard them. Upsell and cross-sell products like Smart Speakers, EDC machines, and other solutions suitable for the merchant base.
- Competition Mapping: Monitor, analyze, and report competitor activities in the assigned geography, sharing insights on geographical or category-based initiatives to enable a quicker response.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience with a proven track record of performance
Excellent communication and influencing abilities
Experience in selling products such as credit cards, EDC/POS machines, or insurance
