Empowering QA teams to run test automation at speed and scale without coding expertise, this role revolutionizes the way quality software is released.
A high-growth environment calls for a seasoned sales enablement professional to design and implement onboarding and training programs. The successful candidate will create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align sales process with the buyer journey, closing skill and content gaps across the funnel.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.
- Support product launches and GTM initiatives with the right messaging and resources.
- Own enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.
- Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
What You'll Bring:
- 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
- A builder's mindset and excitement to scale with a fast-growing company.
