Fueling the transformation to a seamless ecosystem of connected tools, Hexnode is revolutionizing the enterprise software and cybersecurity landscape.Role Overview:We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure our sales reps are equipped with the right tools, content, and training to close deals effectively. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales to drive performance and alignment.Key Responsibilities:Content Development: Collaborate with marketing to create and maintain sales content, such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets.Training & Onboarding: Develop training programs to onboard and continuously upskill the sales team on product knowledge, tools, and best practices.Sales Playbooks: Create and update sales playbooks to support reps with strategies and scripts throughout the sales process.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless content alignment and sales strategy.Tool Management: Oversee and optimize sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, content management platforms) and train reps on their use.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and continuously optimize based on feedback.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or marketing.Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing alignment.Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, content management systems).Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills.Analytical mindset with experience measuring sales enablement impact.
