About the Role

  • Sales Performance:
  • Drive sales growth through consultative outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students and parents.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the sales process to closure.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Relationships:

  • Address objections, negotiate pricing, and generate sales revenue.
  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents by providing excellent after-sales support.
  • Conduct need analysis to recommend the most suitable programs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.

Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and update progress regularly.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
  • Provide regular feedback to management to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and earning incentives.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the K-12 EdTech industry.
  • Familiarity with test prep products/services for the K-12 education sector is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Working Conditions:
