Job Title: Global Customer Service Specialist

We're hiring for a role that involves providing high-quality support to international customers from the comfort of their own homes.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong communication skill set and experience in customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: You'll be interacting with international customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. This requires effective problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Communication: As a Global Customer Service Specialist, you will use your excellent communication skills to interact with customers clearly and professionally. This includes responding to emails, making phone calls, and engaging with customers on social media platforms.
  • Training: Before commencing work, you must be available for one month of mandatory training in Mumbai. This training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
  • Flexibility: We require our team members to be available for a 5-day work week, with two weekly offs, to ensure seamless coverage and meet the needs of our international customers.

Average Salary Range: ₹ 200,000 - ₹ 500,000 per annum
