Structural BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery process, you will be responsible for ensuring that our models meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Autodesk Revit, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality models. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

  • Assist project teams in adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan (BIP), including model submittal schedules and updates to reflect as-built conditions for submittal.
  • Deliver client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services.
  • Perform QA/QC on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare drawing packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in Autodesk Revit.
  • Strong understanding of BIM implementation plans.
