Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and management of Building Information Models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using industry-standard BIM software tools.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed 3D MEP models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and coordination
  • Perform model updates and modifications based on revised designs and specifications
  • Extract 2D construction drawings and detailed sections from 3D BIM models
  • Run clash detection, generate clash reports, and facilitate coordination during design meetings
  • Maintain and enhance the project's BIM library, including creation and updates of BIM families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices across projects

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems design, coordination, and BIM integration
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development
