Senior BIM Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working with Tekla software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and model building elements using Structural drawings/PDFs or hand drafts in Tekla software.
  • Work on multiple projects across various sectors, including structural steel, electrical structures, and building structures.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely delivery of engineering services.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior technicians on intermediate Tekla functions.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow quality assurance guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM and Tekla software.
  • Strong understanding of structural steel modeling, specifications, and bar bending schedules.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
  • Good knowledge of industry standards and international codes.
