Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather data requirements through effective communication and project management skills.
- Translate business needs into efficient database designs that support analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Optimize and refine existing data models to support data governance, quality, and security standards in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with database developers and administrators on implementation to ensure seamless integration.
- Document data models, metadata, and data flows for easy reference and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, SQL Developer Data Modeler, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of database technologies including SQL and familiarity with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with dimensional modeling, star and snowflake schemas in data warehousing is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load processes and tools is essential for successful data integration.
