Front-Line Workforce Unification Expert

We are revolutionizing the industrial front-line worker, back-office and assets experience. Our unique platform brings operations, maintenance and store rooms in a plant on one unified digital canvas.

Our innovative connected worker platform is disrupting archaic, tedious and labor-intensive paper-based processes for maintenance, operations, and supply chain with a suite of highly reconfigurable mobile applications, while the back-office enjoys real-time visibility into the front-line workforce with enhanced planning, scheduling, adoption monitoring and actionable insights.

The immense potential in the often underserved market of industrial front-line workers offers a vast white space for innovation. The total addressable market (TAM) is estimated at approximately ~10 billion dollars, with 97% remaining untapped.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of IBM Maximo integrations with our SaaS products, primarily iMaintenance.
  • Define integration patterns and frameworks leveraging REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware where required.
  • Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, scalable and high-performance integration solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on IBM Maximo architecture and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of IBM Maximo data model, business processes and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
  • Proven expertise in designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs for Maximo.
