Workforce Integration Specialist

As a workforce integration engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated workforce solutions using APIs to connect customers with HCM applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement API-based integrations between HR systems and external applications.
  • Gather technical requirements and implement packaged application software to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces for seamless integration of HR, payroll, and time attendance systems.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on technical specifications and adapt to new requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in integration engineering, with expertise in JavaScript, SQL, SOAP, Restful Web Services, and SSO Federations. Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time Attendance is an added advantage.

We are looking for a highly responsive and detail-oriented professional who can communicate effectively with customers to deliver quality results in a timely manner.

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Workforce and certification in Workforce – Integration (PT103 Certification desired).
  • Advanced level of proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and basic query writing.
  • SOAP and Restful Web Services implementation.
  • Working knowledge of SSO Federations.
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time Attendance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with interface development and API integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
