Recruiter Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, screen and assess potential candidates from various sources including employee referrals, social media platforms, alumni networks and other channels to ensure a diverse pool of applicants.
  • To oversee the entire hiring process for our retail operations, ensuring timely completion and maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates.
  • Ensure that all positions are filled efficiently, with at least 95% of roles being occupied at any given time.
  • Built strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver results in line with agreed service level agreements.
  • Develop and manage a competitive talent portfolio through rigorous sourcing efforts.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability for the role and company culture.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and facilitate communication.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating job offers and driving successful closures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field such as Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting across various positions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to overall success.
