Reporting to**: Respective Managers (Customer Support, Operations)
- ** Stipend**: ₹15K per month
- ** Internship Duration**: 3 months
- ** Full-Time Conversion**: Based on performance
- ** Post-Conversion Salary**: ₹2.52 LPA

**Responsibilities**:
**Intern - Customer Support**:

- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Generate revenue through upselling and understanding customer requirements.
- Analyze situations and make business decisions to ensure seamless customer experience.

**Intern - Operations**:

- Manage backend operations, including appointment confirmations, client coordination, and escalations.
- Prepare SOD & EOD reports and follow up on inquiries.
- Coordinate with insurers on OPD claims and inclusions/exclusions.
- Communicate effectively with corporate customers and internal stakeholders.

**Key Details**:

- ** Weekly Off Policy**: During the internship, interns will have 1 day off per week. Upon full-time conversion, they will be entitled to 2 days off per week.

**Eligibility**: Any graduate (2022, 2023, or 2024 pass-out) with a minimum of 60% marks.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication in English
- Multi-tasking ability
- Good Excel, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and flexible
