Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-obsessed engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Quality Advocate, you'll work closely with customers, engineers, and product teams to drive quality, security, and reliability in our cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and engineers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Azure services.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, guides, and tools to support customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify and communicate trends and insights to leadership and development teams.
  • Take ownership of developing comprehensive knowledge about Azure services and features.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience with C#, C++, or Java, and a track record of implementing and supporting Azure technologies.
  • Proficiency in Azure Machine Learning services and Azure AI services.
  • Experience in developing and deploying solutions on Azure platform.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment and development tools such as CLI, PowerShell, Visual Studio,.NET, and JSON templates.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
