About the Role

The Customer Care Advocate III is a key member of our customer-facing team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert knowledge, ownership, and responsiveness. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with top accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues with limited authority and offer solutions within customer care department guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving cross-functional team collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department, identifying opportunities to reduce customer effort and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution and shipment on open order reports.
  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries, quotes, and orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Support corporate initiatives designed to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while providing an effortless customer experience.
  • Responsible for daily planning and prioritizing of work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Handle customer escalations autonomously, with a focus on first contact resolution when possible.
  • Work with internal partners to drive resolution on customer-impacting issues.
  • Lead training initiatives within the department, working with supervisors to create training tools and job aids.
  • Serve as an escalation point for junior-level associates and a resource within the customer care department.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries with expanded product knowledge, providing expert solutions and support.
