About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Associate Customer Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Providing personalized communication to resolve customer issues
- Identifying and addressing recurring challenges faced by multiple customers
- Staying up-to-date with DigitalOcean products and adapting to rapid changes
- Working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve shared goals
- Crafting knowledge-based articles to enhance customer self-service capabilities
- Triaging, escalating, and resolving customer-impacting incidents

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
