We're seeking a Customer Experience Engineering Specialist to transform Microsoft Cloud customers into fans. As a key member of the Azure CXP team, you'll analyze and amplify customer needs, drive vision to improve Cloud quality, security, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with Azure developers and IT professionals to enhance Azure documentation samples and address technical inquiries.
- Develop quick-start and how-to guides to facilitate customer comprehension of intricate cloud scenarios.
- Construct prototype tools and models for analyzing community data to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide timely, thorough, and customer-focused assistance to Azure customers and developers.
