Job Title: Business Intelligence Dashboard Designer

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard Designer to join our team. As a BI Dashboard Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards that convey insights and drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design principles, data storytelling, and Power BI customization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and develop effective visualization strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience designing BI dashboards and reports.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives.
