About this role

We're looking for a Product Designer who can bring creativity and problem-solving skills to design elegant, user-friendly solutions for complex problems. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that directly impact the way users interact with our platform.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS and healthcare industries. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the design and usability of our innovative AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision
    • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch
        • Participate in user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions and inform future iterations

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
      • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration
