We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. This key position involves addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and collaborating with various teams to provide a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct thorough root cause analysis
- Guide and assist customers in utilizing our products effectively
- Handle data import/export from production systems and ensure accurate updates
- Process confidential data according to established guidelines
- Contribute to developing product content for internal and external stakeholders
- Generate reports from multiple systems
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product customer support
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
