Job Title: Deskside Support Engineer

  • Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Location: Noida

We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our IT team as a Deskside Support Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including Windows and macOS environments, basic network troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  3. Install, update, and patch software applications and security tools.
  4. Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  5. Support system provisioning via Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot (basic knowledge required).
  6. Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions using Active Directory.
  7. Assist with system upgrades, data migrations, and routine backups.
  8. Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and VPN connectivity problems.
  9. Perform basic configuration and support of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  10. Assist in IP address configuration and network printer setup.
  11. Monitor and maintain network performance at the location.
  12. Respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  13. Document technical issues, solutions, and IT processes accurately.
  14. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.
  15. Manage IT assets and maintain inventory for your designated location.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Basic understanding of Firewalls and Layer 2 Switches.
  3. Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticket management.
  4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
