Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide comprehensive production support for our treasury management systems, focusing on integration with Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate will maintain system integrity and troubleshoot complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Systems Support: Proactive maintenance of FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems includes end-to-end support, data validation, trouble resolution, and configuration of Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) including reports and triggers. Identify and resolve interface issues with bank statements and cashflows, configure Cash Xplorer functionality, support core treasury processes, In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement.
- Technical Operations: Apply strong Oracle/SQL Server database expertise to optimize system performance and author optimized SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Work with Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies for data integration and troubleshoot complex issues using the Quantum data model.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and impact assessments for system updates. Ensure financial data accuracy, SOX compliance, and internal control adherence through quarterly cloud updates and change management processes.
