Senior Security Program Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to help develop and implement a world-class security program for our transportation network. This will ensure that our customers receive their items on time and at the best possible cost.

The selected candidate will partner with Operations teams across various cities within a region to execute company security policies and provide security services and asset protection. They will also be responsible for coordinating site security systems, leveraging our access control system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security program for our transportation network
  • Partner with Operations teams to execute company security policies and provide security services
  • Coordinate site security systems, including test and acceptance of access control systems
  • Serve as a liaison and security subject matter expert for the department
  • Utilize Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma methods to drive process improvements and increase efficiency

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in investigative or loss prevention, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Or, a minimum of 15 years of armed forces or law enforcement service experience with at least 2 years of corporate Security/Loss Prevention Experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office package
  • Strong communication skills and fluent knowledge of verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work with and effectively persuade facility site leaders and other key departments within the organization
  • Analytical leader with experience in performance-based management, project management, and effective problem-solving
  • Strong familiarity with databases, querying, and analyzing, such as SQL, MySQL, Access, and Exception Based Reporting

Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary estimate of ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of ATSPL - Delhi. Please note that this is an estimated figure and may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
