The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operationalizing ML models, data labeling, and software development. They will be responsible for designing and developing Machine Learning Systems, models, and recommendation systems, as well as building infrastructure required for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sources using SQL and AWS 'big data' technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable machine learning solutions
  • Developing and maintaining complex data pipelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate with 3rd party systems for data ingestion and transformation

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Tech Stack:

  • Programming languages - Golang, Python
  • API/Platform - GraphQL, GRPC, and Open API
  • LLM and transformers in Tech-stack
  • Analytics - numpy, pytorch, Tensorflow, and BigQuery
  • Query languages, SQL, OpenCypher
  • Analytics platform - ElasticSearch, Graph DBs (AWS Neptune, Neo4j).
  • Event processing - Kafka

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs of industry experience in software development.
  • 3+ yrs of experience in operationalizing ML models and data labeling.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Keras, PyTorch, and Neural Networks
  • Proficiency with SQLand noSQL databases
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Expert knowledge of one of the common programming languages such as C++, Java, Golang, or Python

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hacking or contributions to open source.
  • Experience implementing core data structures such as b-trees, graph walks, etc.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Understanding of cloud computing architectures in AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Knowledge of SQL, database, operating systems, distributed systems
  • Experience with any of the data analytics platforms:
  • Experience with Graph Databases like DuckDB, AWS Neptune.
  • Understanding of Gremlin or openCypher.
  • Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
  • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift
  • Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc
