About this role

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Support and Content Associates, handling customer queries and creating content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese for our website.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer satisfaction by responding to customer complaints through emails, social media, and calls in a professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding our products and services
  • Supporting customers through an email ticketing system, social media, and phone calls
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries
  • Providing detailed information to customers
  • Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference
  • Providing training sessions to new employees
  • Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Following up with customers for further information
  • Taking feedback from customers

Requirements include:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
  • Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages
  • Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat will be preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-oriented individual
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
