Job Title: Student Engagement Specialist

The role of the Student Engagement Specialist is to develop and implement strategies to engage with potential students and business partners to drive sales. This involves strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with potential partners and universities through cold calls and outreach efforts.
  • Identify counseling seekers and coordinate meetings to provide initial counseling services.
  • Coordinate sales and payment collection processes.
  • Collect details of potential study abroad students and their requirements.
  • Shortlist universities and courses for students based on their preferences.
  • Maintain a diary of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments.
  • Design event-related materials using Canva.
  • Coordinate and manage events at schools.
  • Ensure office space is organized and maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA.
  • 1-3 years of prior industry-related business development and telesales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Focused and goal-oriented individual.
  • Sincere, non-smoker, and enthusiastic about work with innovative ideas.
