About this Role:

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to manage visual displays and sales strategies in our retail environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely receipt of products and manage new arrival deliveries
  • Monitor section sales and rankings to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Utilize reports to inform merchandising strategies and drive sales growth
  • Develop action plans to address specific challenges and improve product placement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and best practices for product improvement
  • Work closely with buyers to propose and check items for orders and blocking
  • Execute merchandising tasks, including display design and product placement
  • Support customer service tasks on the floor, providing excellent service to customers
  • Contribute to the training of sales advisors in fashion-related topics
