Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and selling points.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products.
  • Visual Merchandise: Design and implement visually appealing store displays that meet our brand standards.
  • Product Reception: Manage the receipt and processing of new products, including receiving, stocking, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead and motivate a team of visual merchandisers, provide coaching and feedback, and support their development.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in retail, marketing, or a related field preferred.
