This is a leadership role for an experienced test engineer with expertise in touch display design and development. The successful candidate will lead a team of test engineers, develop comprehensive test strategies, and oversee manual and automated testing activities.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in hardware product design, development, and test. He/She should be well-versed in touch tuning and display calibrations, and have hands-on experience in testing in-cell and out-cell touch display modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for touch display modules.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of test engineers, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering best practices.
- Oversee both manual and automated testing activities for touch display subsystems.
- Identify, document, track, and report software and hardware defects.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional groups to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- 10+ Years of experience in touch display design domain.
- Extensive experience in hardware product design, development, and test.
- Hands-on experience in testing in-cell and out-cell touch display modules.
- Hands-on experience in touch tuning and display calibrations.
