Role Overview

This role involves creating impactful visual designs across digital and print media. You'll collaborate with creative and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and user engagement.

  • Design engaging creatives for digital campaigns (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging).
  • Lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, colour, and visual standards.
  • Revise and adapt designs based on feedback, collaborating actively with stakeholders.
  • Prepare artwork files for production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams on concept development and execution.
  • Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with projects spanning digital and offline channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Canva (for rapid design adaptation and social-first graphics).
  • Experience in designing for printed and fabricated assets such as banners, canopies, POS materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • A strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work.
  • Excellent design sense for colour, type, layout, and brand identity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
