Visual Content Creator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality visual content across various platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our design team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging throughout all channels.

  • Ideate and create visually appealing content: This can include photos, videos, reels, and graphics. Both product as well as lifestyle photography.
  • Develop a deep understanding of social platforms: Especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Stay up-to-date with trending and topical themes.
  • Craft compelling storytelling.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarize yourself with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the social media presence for our brands.
  • Stay current with industry-leading software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite and other tools).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A keen eye for visual aesthetics and styling experience for stills and video.
  • Strong storytelling abilities with an ability to visualize the piece from idea to final post.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm for running projects without direct supervision.
  • Knowledge of and passion for the lifestyle space.
  • Experience in creating relatable content for women, excellent research skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools for web (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
