Job Title: Visual Storyteller

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a Visual Storyteller, you will be responsible for designing and creating captivating visual experiences that bring our brand to life.

Your primary focus will be on producing original animated content, adapting visual elements to fit our brand guidelines, and ensuring consistency in our visual tone. You will also manage multiple motion graphic workstreams simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences. You will conceptualize and storyboarding ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for design, animation, and storytelling. You should have proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create visually stunning motion graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials.
  • Develop animated content such as explainer videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and storyboarding ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and animation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
