We are seeking a highly skilled systems engineer to support our laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will be part of a team that drives strategic results through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely development of master data within the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
  • Interface with multiple groups and independently perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide training and support for LIMS users during routine quality control operations.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in pharma/biotech and at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a regulated environment. Previous experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements, as well as systems like LIMS (Labvantage 8.7), electronic quality management systems (eQMS) and document management, is also required.

A strong understanding of laboratory practices with various analytical techniques, such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent customer-facing skills, written, oral and presentation experience, and the ability to break down technical concepts into business-facing language.
