We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Fill housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and transport them to assigned areas.
  • Enter guest rooms following established procedures and ensure that rooms are vacant before entering.
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms and make beds.
  • Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and perform floor care duties.
  • Check appliances in rooms and ensure they are in working order.
  • Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances and dust and polish surfaces.
  • Vacuum carpets and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
