About a Tele Calling Role

We are seeking dynamic, detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to take on a hybrid role that combines outbound calling and quality assurance/moderation.

In this position, you will make phone calls to potential customers, onboard them onto the platform, and ensure the quality and compliance of the app.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calls and Onboarding:
  • Making phone calls to potential and existing users to inform them about products and services.
  • Following up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining detailed records of user interactions and transactions.
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to users.
  • Staying updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Training and onboarding new users as per guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance and Moderation:
  • Reviewing and auditing user-generated content for adherence to platform standards.
  • Identifying and flagging content that violates platform policies, including inappropriate or harmful speech.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent application of moderation standards across all reviewed content.
  • Keeping accurate records of moderation activities and contributing to internal reports.
  • Engaging with users to provide clarity on platform policies when required.
  • Handling sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism and emotional resilience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to work with Bengali and Hindi speakers.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain patient.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM, and Excel.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
