
Business Development Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller. The job involves contacting potential clients over the phone, managing inquiries, and providing information about our services.
Daily Tasks:- Maintaining updated client databases
- Following up on leads
- Handling outbound and inbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating communication between clients and architects/designers
- Strong verbal communication and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage time efficiently
- Experience with customer service and maintaining client relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software and updating client information
- Basic knowledge of architecture and interior design is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
