As a seasoned professional in ServiceNow administration, you will be responsible for overseeing the platform's configuration and maintenance. This includes managing GRC modules, performing DevOps activities, and resolving ServiceNow incidents.

    • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems to ensure seamless data exchange.">
    • Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow incidents, conducting root cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently.">
    • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability to prevent security breaches and optimize performance.">
    • Support audits and compliance reporting by maintaining accurate records and documentation.">
    • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches are implemented, minimizing disruptions to services.">
    • Automate operational tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.">
    • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.">

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with a strong focus on GRC modules.">
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations.">
  • Certifications in ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, and GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.">
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.">
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes, ensuring high-quality deliverables.">
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, with the ability to apply this expertise in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management, with a focus on aligning with industry best practices.">
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus, but not required.">
