Key Responsibilities

To support the manufacturing department in researching economic issues, conduct surveys and collect data. Analyze data using analytical models and statistical techniques to present research results in reports, tables, and charts.

Interpret and forecast market trends, advise businesses, governments, and individuals on economic topics. Recommend solutions to economic problems and write articles for academic journals and other media.

  1. Strategize and plan research agendas and report concepts, delivering at least one detailed report within a year.
  2. Engage with ministries, universities, think tanks, and other agencies in research assignments, co-authoring at least one report/publication with government/academia.
  3. Identify research initiatives and work with stakeholders to select topics.
  4. Prepare discussion points/talking points for meetings and forums, providing relevant content for effective delivery.
  5. Makes presentations in various fora and deliver crisp presentations in committee/council/government meetings.
  6. Interpret stakeholder concerns and recommend solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Post-Graduate in Economics from a leading university (India or abroad).

Possess thought leadership, strategic thinking, excellent domain knowledge, and conceptualization skills.
