Internship Opportunity

About the internship:

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Answering incoming calls from customers to take orders, address inquiries, and provide information.
  • Handling customer complaints and delivering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and promotions.
  • Recording customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database.
  • Following up on customer calls as needed.
  • Achieving daily and monthly targets set by the team leader.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (Spoken).
  • Proficiency in Hindi (Spoken).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Full-time availability for in-office internship.
  • Ability to start the internship between July 24th and August 31st.
  • Availability for the duration of 3 months.
  • Relevant skills and interests.
