Test Center LiaisonRole Overview:

This is a customer-facing position that requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. As a Test Center Support professional, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with test centers through proactive engagement and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain rapport with test centers by providing regular support and making requests for capacity expansion.
  • Monitor quality, security, and customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure.
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries from test centers and regional managers, and escalate critical issues.
  • Audit test center performance metrics, identify areas requiring improvement or corrective action, and develop strategies for enhancement.
Requirements:
  • Vocational experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Prioritization skills and experience of dealing with multiple projects in a structured way.
  • Ability to work in a team structure and establish rapport with people at varying levels.
