Scalable Platform Architect Lead As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing scalable systems for our comprehensive SaaS platform. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the development of our platform. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement multi-tenant architectures and scalable systems that can handle high concurrency use cases.
  • Translate product epics into modular service contracts, data flow diagrams, and scalable system components.
  • Decide and implement optimal architectural patterns (monolith vs. microservices, REST vs. event-driven, DB index vs. cache).
  • Drive scalable architecture for user/workspace models and complex permission systems.
 Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role.
  • Strong full-stack expertise with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Demonstrated success in designing multi-tenant architectures and scalable systems handling 1000+ requests per minute.
  • Advanced proficiency in AWS, including EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, and Cognito.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines).
  • Experience working with observability stacks like Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of summarizing trade-offs clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with education platforms or SaaS tools for service businesses.
  • Experience with event brokers such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
  • Deep knowledge of schema design, role-based access control, and data migration in NoSQL environments.
