Lead Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to design and develop modern data platforms for our organization. This pivotal role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to deliver scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Databricks architecture and optimize its performance.
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines with Python (PySpark).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines with Git/DevOps tools.
  • Design and maintain scalable data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses.
  • Optimize Databricks clusters, jobs, and workflows (batch and streaming).
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in leading data engineering teams.
  • Strong expertise in Databricks and Apache Spark.
  • Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog for governance, security, and lineage.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing ETL pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Informatica, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, Git integration, and automation for Databricks.
