We are seeking a skilled mechanical design expert to lead the development of parts, assemblies, and systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CAD software, experience with mechanical analysis and simulation (FEA, thermal), and demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges with minimal supervision.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering to ensure high-quality, reliable designs that meet performance and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead mechanical design and development of parts, assemblies, and systems
  • Conduct engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and tolerance studies
  • Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field
