Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer RoleAbout the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced mechanical design engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with a focus on fire products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex mechanical designs for various products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and company standards
  • Conduct FEA (finite element analysis) and CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulations to validate designs
  • Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure smooth production process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in fire products
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software, including SolidWorks and Creo
  • Familiarity with GD&T and ECN/ECR processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
