Job Title: Business Director Job Summary

The Business Director will lead the sales and marketing function, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning. This senior role demands strategic direction, leadership, and execution to deliver premium quality products to global clients.

 Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve aggressive revenue and market share growth targets.
  2. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  4. Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product standards meet client expectations and compliance requirements.
  6. Drive brand awareness and market positioning through innovative marketing campaigns and corporate communications.
  7. Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to secure long-term business.
  8. Ensure seamless coordination across departments to support sales and marketing activities.
  9. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies proactively.
 Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA highly preferred.
  2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or general manager capacity, preferably in the packaging or related manufacturing sectors.
  3. Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth, market expansion, and building effective sales teams.
  4. Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
