Position Overview:

This senior marketing position requires a seasoned professional with 5-8 years of experience in demand generation. The ideal candidate will lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels, developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • With a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention, develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

What We're Looking For :

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Experience handling a performance marketing budget and achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets.
