We are seeking experienced travel professionals to act as liaisons between our organization and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for catering to the travel requirements of clients, enhancing their experience, and acquiring a dedicated clientele through exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings, including domestic and international flights, rail, and other travel arrangements.
  • Provide information on products and services, such as visas, foreign exchange, health regulations, and insurance policies.
  • Handle refunds and cancellations of air tickets.
  • Coordinate with airlines for ticket issuance, using deal codes, bonus miles, and other rewards.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Coordinate with clients, implant teams, and servicing teams.
  • Assist with invoicing, recoveries, and follow-ups.
  • Identify customers' needs, provide solutions, and offer relevant information and resources.

Competencies:

  • Effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling platforms.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • Passionate interest in geography and strong travel knowledge.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Travel and Tourism preferred.

Experience: Total 3-5 years of relevant experience with a travel management company.
