Senior Executive Job Overview

This is a key leadership position at our organization, responsible for driving the Alumni Relations and Student Assistance initiatives. The Senior Executive will serve as the primary point of contact between employees, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student onboarding experiences, including sending offers, processing loans, and managing fee collection.
  • Build and maintain connections with all alumni through various programs and initiatives.
  • Nurture the alumni community by adding value through regular updates and engagement opportunities.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot issues related to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information in an organized format.
  • Establish and manage reporting systems to track student performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with visiting/adjunct faculty to coordinate schedules and troubleshoot issues.
  • Process faculty invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Support marketing efforts involving academic staff participation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Word.
  • Excellent email-writing and note-taking skills.
  • Able to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic math abilities and understanding of financial concepts.
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
