Field Service Management Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Field Service Management consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and operational processes, translating them into functional solutions using the capabilities in IFS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients, business analysts, and solution architects to understand business needs and operational processes
  • Run workshops to map and document business processes, use cases, and requirements
  • Assist in completing the business requirement document and solution design document outlining project deliverables
  • Structure and execute demos of the IFS application for clients and internal team members
  • Provide training, education, coaching, and assistance to team members as needed
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Functional Consultant working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud
  • Strong industry knowledge within the Field Service Management space
  • Experience in IFS App Gen or Aurena or IFS cloud
  • Strong expertise in IFS Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • AS-IS and To-Be Analysis experience
  • Gap analysis, requirement gathering, and rationalization experience
  • Certification from IFS academy in respective modules (FSM, PSO)
