You will be working under the supervision of a Senior IT Services Manager, requiring advanced knowledge and experience in solving technology issues and advanced hardware, software, networking, and support skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing and coordinating service staff activities
  • Provide training and assistance to other Service Technicians in solving complex Team Member problems
  • Refer problems to more experienced technical staff or leadership when necessary
  • Develop and maintain ITSM KB of problems and resolutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on primary support product lines
  • Seek opportunities for growth through automation, innovation, and process improvement
  • Create and administer new Team Member accounts, passwords, and privileges
  • Liaise between IT verticals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related support service field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting applications, such as CCH Engagement, Thomson GoSystem Tax, XCM, TaxCaddy, and SurePrep
  • Experience supporting end-users in Microsoft environment
  • Associate degree in an IT related field or combination of education and technical training required
  • Certifications in Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Azure
  • Experience troubleshooting computer and mobile device hardware
  • Foundational knowledge in video conferencing and audio-visual hardware
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and ITIL processes
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to continual personal and professional improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work extended hours when required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

How You'll Spend Your Time:

You will be responsible for performing various tasks including responding to Team Member questions, entering and assigning service requests, providing technical support, and communicating with Team Members.
